Located in southeast Johnson County, this Kansas Community is made up of over 130 homes. The first home in the subdivision was built in 2000, with the last being built around 2004.The subdivision is located west of Pflumn on 159th st.

Neighborhood Amenities  Nottingham at Heritage Park has a community pool as well as a large maintained green space. There is also easy access to the JOCO Trail system. Directly to the south of the subdivision is Heritage Park.  It includes a lake, 18 hole golf course, ball diamonds, Football and soccer fields, picnic areas, an off-leash dog area, as well as horse trails. In a 2 mile radius is a Hy-vee supermarket, Starbucks, Sonic, and many other retail stores.

We have many annual social activities including movie nights, pool parties, holiday caroling, and neighborhood garage sales in the Spring and Fall.
